The Charleston Outlaws just returned from their 40th Anniversary celebration tour of the Emerald Isle. Five C of C Alumni made the trek hailing from as far away as Anchorage, Alaska. The Outlaws brought two full squads, a competitive side and an Old Boys Side, each with two matches scheduled. Although they could not come up with any wins, each match was close and the hitting from the Americans was far superior.

A rebuilt Armstrong Atlantic side came into Charleston on Saturday, determined to seek revenge from last month’s thrashing at the hands of the young Cougar team. CofC got out to a quick 21-0 lead before a determined second effort brought Armstrong to a late 36-33 lead. With seconds to go the Cougars final determined effort led to a hard-fought 38-36 win.
